General terms

1. Booking an appointment means accepting these terms.

2. We tattoo clients aged 18+ and 17-year-olds only with a legal guardian present on-site.

3. The studio reserves the right to refuse service without giving a reason.

Booking & deposit

1. A deposit is required to secure an appointment.

2. The minimum deposit is:

   • 150 PLN for standard sessions

   • 300 PLN for full-day sessions

3. The deposit is non-refundable.

4. The deposit is deducted from the final price of the tattoo.

Rescheduling & cancellations

1. Appointments can be rescheduled at least 7 days before the scheduled date.

2. In case of rescheduling later than 7 days before the appointment — the deposit is lost.

3. Cancellations result in deposit loss.

4. No-shows result in deposit loss.

5. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment.

Preparation for the session

Clients must arrive:

• well-rested

• after eating

• sober

Alcohol and drugs before the appointment are strictly prohibited.

Contraindications

Tattooing will not be performed in case of:

• illness

• infection

• skin conditions

• pregnancy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their health.

Design

1. Each design is created individually.

2. Adjustments can be made before the session.

3. We do not copy other artists’ work.

Payment

1. Payment is made after the session.

2. We accept payments via cash and SumUp (card payments)

Aftercare & responsibility

1. Clients receive detailed aftercare instructions.

2. The studio is not responsible for results caused by improper aftercare.

Final provisions

1. The studio reserves the right to update these terms.

2. These terms are effective from the date of publication.
